Last updated June 2026 · Plain-language summary for an experimental paper-trading demo.
We keep this simple: we collect what we need to send you the dispatch and run the floor, nothing we can sell, and you can leave anytime. This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal advice.
What we collect
Your email when you sign up. Your phone number only if you separately opt in to SMS alerts. Your consent details (what you agreed to, when, and the IP and user-agent at the time) as a proof-of-consent record. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the Site is used.
Why we collect it
To send the email dispatch you asked for; to send live-floor SMS alerts only if you opted in; to keep a record that your consent was real; and to operate and improve the Site.
Consent is unbundled
Email consent and SMS consent are separate, optional, and unchecked by default. Storing a phone number is not permission to text you — only an explicit SMS opt-in is. You can withdraw either consent at any time.
Who processes your data
When you sign up, we pass your details — over a secure, server-side webhook — to the email and automation tools we use to send the dispatch, along with standard hosting and infrastructure providers that run the Site. We don’t sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Retention and your choices
Unsubscribe from email in one click; reply STOP to end SMS. Ask us to access or delete your information and we’ll honor it, subject to any record-keeping the law requires. We keep data only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
